• The average dollar per square foot remained consistent at $432. • The number of pending sales in June was 754, a slight decrease from 793 in May, but very similar to 738 pending sales a year ago.
• Homes in Snohomish County are selling for close to their asking price, with an average sold price to list price ratio of 99%.
• The average days on market for homes sold last month was 20 days.
• The absorption rate in Snohomish County is 2.1 months, indicating that it would take just over two months to sell all current inventory at the present sales rate.
