In October, the median sales price in Snohomish County reached $755,000, a slight increase from 750,000 in September.
We observed 666 pending sales, which is down slightly from the 674 recorded in September. On average, homes sold for 97% of the list price, meaning they are selling slightly under asking. The average days on market was 41 days, and the absorption rate sits at 2.3 months. This rate suggests it would take about two and a half months to sell all current inventory in Snohomish County.
For example, a two-story home in Stanwood sold for exactly the median sales price of $755,000.
