Know who the likely buyer is before you list.

Before a home goes on the market, one of the most important questions is:
"Who is most likely to fall in love with this home?"
Recently, we sold a property in a Bothell-area community where we knew the likely buyer pool would include many families with strong ties to Indian culture. So we built the preparation and presentation strategy with that audience in mind.
Of course, the fundamentals still mattered. We handled paint touch-ups, cleaning, organizing, and overall presentation so the home looked its best.
But we also took it a step further.
We brought in a Vastu specialist to collaborate with the stager on furniture placement, flow, and wall art, helping the home feel welcoming and thoughtfully presented to the buyers most likely to respond to it.

The result?
Even in a challenging market, our seller received an acceptable offer in less than a week of marketing.
That is what strategic preparation is about. It is not just making a home look good. It is understanding the market, the neighborhood, and the likely buyer — then presenting the home in a way that helps the right buyer feel at home.
