Median Sales Price: The median sales price for Bothell in September was $1,160,000. This reflects a decrease from the $1,199,000 median recorded in August.

Price Per Square Foot: The average dollar per square foot saw an increase, reaching $527 a square foot, up from $495 in August.

Pending Sales: Sales activity remains strong, with 97 pending sales reported last month. This compares favorably to 95 in August and 86 sales recorded a year ago in September, indicating an encouraging increase in transactions.

Sold Price to List Price Ratio: On average, homes in Bothell are selling for 97% of their asking price, confirming that most homes are selling under the original list price.
