• Sold Price to List Price Ratio: 97%. On average, homes are selling slightly under their original asking price in Bellevue.

• Average Days on Market (DOM): The average DOM for houses sold last month was 34 days.

• Absorption Rate: The Bellevue absorption rate sits at two months, meaning it would take approximately two months to sell all current listings based on the recent rate of sales.
