Welcome, thanks so much for joining us for this event!
Every year we meet homeowners who have lived in their house for a long time, sometimes 30 and 40 years or longer. They may no longer need such a large home or, maybe they have difficulty navigating the stairs in their home.
Some elderly homeowners who need to downsize, avoid taking action – sometimes for many years, because it can feel overwhelming and because they simply don’t know how to start - or - what options are out there for them.
Or, sometimes they want to stay in their home but can’t because they are cash poor and house rich. In this situation, sometimes - a reverse mortgage can help those folks stay in their home. If this is you, please watch for our next "REVERSE MORTGAGE LEARNING" event.
